Desview R6II 5.5-inch on camera monitor
The Desview R6II 5.5-inch on camera monitor is a compact 5.5-inch on-camera touchscreen monitor with a lightweight yet durable polycarbonate and ABS plastic housing. It features an ultra-bright 1920 x 1080 screen with 2800 cd/m² brightness and 1000:1 contrast ratio, suitable for outdoor use without a sunshade. The monitor supports up to DCI 4K60 via the HDMI input, scaling the signal for display, and the looped HDMI 2.0 output lets you send the original, unmodified camera signal downstream to other monitors or connect to a wireless transmitter for easier transmission.
The R6II features built-in 3D LUTs and also allows importing custom LUTs via a USB port, and the monitor supports SDR and HDR playback, including HLG and PQ. Built-in signal and camera tools include histogram, false colours, peaking, zebra and more. Display functions are easily accessible via the touchscreen and include image freeze, L/R rotation, aspect ratio adjustment and anamorphic pinch selection.
The monitor features a headphone jack and a built-in, adjustable fan draws air from the sides and back of the monitor and blows it out through the top. Two 1/4"-20 mounting holes are provided, on the bottom and right side, allowing horizontal and vertical mounting. A tilting monitor bracket is included to attach the monitor to the camera's hot shoe or to a cage with a shoe mount. The monitor has a combination L-series/LP-E6 battery plate and a 7-24 VDC power input, as well as an 8 VDC power output to power the camera using a separately available dummy battery or cable.
